Bishop Michael Kennedy Visit to Singleton Parish
We are very excited to have our Bishop, the Most Reverend Michael Kennedy, visiting the Singleton Parish on the weekend of 9/10/11 June 2023.
During his time in the parish he will visit the Parish Office, CatholicCare office, St Nicholas Early Education Centre and St Catherine’s Catholic College. On the Friday evening he will confer the Sacrament of Confirmation at a liturgy in St Patrick’s Church which all parishioners are invited to attend.
On Saturday he will meet with local pastors and council members concluding the day with Vigil Mass at Glendonbrook and supper.
After Mass on the Sunday, parishioners are invited to put their names down for lunch with the Bishop at Club Singleton. There will is a sheet on the noticeboard at the church or you can call the Parish Office on 5507 4048.
All parishioners are encouraged to come along and make our new Bishop very welcome in our parish community!
